Dealer Protocols

Referrals

Schuco may from time to time offer dealers the opportunity to raise awareness of/or promote certain products in return for an introductory commission from any business that directly arises through this channel.

End user enquiries generated by dealers will need to be passed to Schuco in writing immediately in order to protect the dealer’s interests and to avoid any later misunderstandings. Please see notes below under “customer enquiries” as to what information we will require.

Upon receipt of the end user details from the dealer, we will check with our CRM and if necessary with the appropriate Schuco sales representative to ensure we are not already in discussions with this end user for this product.

Schuco will then make contact with the end user to discuss their requirements. We will then keep you informed of the progress, and following delivery and payment, the introductory commission would be paid to the dealer in the form of a credit note on the dealer’s account with Schuco.

Customer Enquiries

Customers ask dealer for more info than dealer able to provide :

In order to protect the dealer’s interests:

1. The dealer should ask the customer to make it clear that they are a client of when they contact Schuco

2. An email must be sent by the dealer to Paul Huttrer immediately, providing the customer’s details :

Demonstrations

Schuco are sometimes able to agree to provide product demonstrations to end users. This will depend on:

Schuco will endeavour to support its dealers where possible, however we reserve the right to reduce the product discount by up to 10% depending on the resources we have to apply in each circumstance.

Future Business

Should the customer choose to purchase directly from Schuco in the future, this is not something we can prevent, neither is it something we will proactively encourage.

Due to the complex nature of some of our products, particularly those outside of the range in our dealer catalogue, the customer may ultimately need to develop a relationship with Schuco at some stage. Examples being computerised skin imaging, telemedicine, medical lasers, advanced electro surgery, etc.

The Schuco team will make every effort to behave professionally and act with integrity at all times. Should any situation arise that requires clarification, please contact Paul Huttrer directly in order to resolve such matters.

Drop Deliveries

Should the dealer place an order with Schuco that specifies direct delivery to the end user, then Schuco reserves the right to reduce the dealer discount appropriately.
