We sell direct or via a dealer, always seeking the best route to, and for, our customers.
We are very proud of the number of long-standing, loyal customers, many of whom are friends and we see that style of working and relationship to be very important to our business. This has been achieved by our flexible approach to the way we work, nothing too hard, no minimum order quantities and essentially being there to make your job easier.
We have personal relationships with our suppliers; have our own internal experts who are well trained by our suppliers, to their own standards. Our expertise is recognised by our suppliers and we support them on their trade stands at industry events.
We have a global import service with over 50 year’s experience, with an infrastructure set up to minimise costs, guarantee regular delivery from a well established supply chain.
Even if you are aware of an item from overseas, we can provide you with a UK ordering point and the usual customer care and after sales service that we are renowned for.
We have long serving staff who understand our customers well and often challenge them to make sure the items that they are ordering is actually what they require to do their job.
