Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details

  • Date & Venue: The GP Education Day will be held at Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre:

  • Date: Friday 28th March 2025
  • Start Time: Registration opens at 9:30 AM.
  • Refreshments & Lunch: Complimentary refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
  • Parking: Free on-site parking is available for all attendees.

2. Dermatoscope Allocation

  • Each delegate will receive either a DermLite DL3N or DL200 Hybrid dermatoscope.
  • The specific model provided will be determined at the discretion of the event organisers and is subject to availability.
  • Attendees who already own a dermatoscope are welcome to participate but will not receive a complimentary device.
  • Delegates are required to provide a testimonial of use after returning to their surgery, detailing their experience and how the device has supported their practice.

3. Warranty & Repairs

  • The dermatoscope provided as part of the event does not include any warranty, servicing, or repairs from the organisers.
  • Any servicing, maintenance, or repairs required will be the responsibility of the delegate.
  • Delegates should refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy for any applicable coverage.

4. Ticket Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Registrations are final and cannot be transferred to another individual or deferred to a future event.
