Are prices on the website inclusive of VAT?
All of our prices on the Schuco website exclude VAT. Your taxes will be estimated at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We ship to UK and Ireland.

What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are below:
UK (excluding Channel Islands & Isle of Man)
Standard Delivery = £9.75
Next Working Day Delivery = £13.75
Next Working Day Pre 12.30pm = £17.75
Saturday Delivery = £22.75
Other locations
Channel Islands & Isle of Man = £24.00
Ireland = £65.00
Northern Ireland = £14.56

Orders, Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Not all items are available for next-day delivery. We aim to dispatch all stocked items on the same day (if ordered by 5pm on working days). All items are delivered via DPD, with standard delivery typically arriving 48 hours after dispatch, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that some items may need to be ordered in before shipping. If this applies to your order, our customer team will notify you.
I've received the wrong product!
Please get in touch with our concierge here so we can get this sorted out for you as soon as possible. We don’t want you missing out on any benefits!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, as all of our orders are dispatched same-day, you are unable to cancel your order as we have likely sent it. Please get in touch with our concierge if you would like a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. You will need to pay for return postage.
