Shipping policy

 

Delivery:

All goods ordered for delivery will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. The delivery cost for all orders will be charged to the customer in accordance with the delivery charges defined on the website at the time of ordering.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods in the timescales advised on the website, delivery within these timescales cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the items ordered being in stock as the time of ordering.

Dispatching Goods:

Schuco International (London) Ltd will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed by 15:00 the same day (applies to working days only). For all orders placed after 15:00 (as well as during weekends and bank holidays) we will endeavour to dispatch these the following working day.

Delivery Methods and Times:

All items ordered from Schuco International (London) Ltd are delivered via DPD courier service.

Standard delivery via DPD is a 2 working day service following the dispatch of the order, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery via DPD is between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Unfortunately, we are unable to provided specified delivery times. If you have selected Saturday delivery, DPD will endeavour to deliver on the Saturday selected.

Next day delivery is available, this will be delivered between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Next day delivery pre 12.30pm is also available and this will be delivered between 09:00 and 12:30, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).

A signature is required of all deliveries.

If DPD is unable to deliver the goods then delivery will be re-attempted on the next working day.

Delivery Charges:

UK Mainland (ex. Scottish Highlands):

Standard Delivery = £9.75

Next Working Day Delivery = £13.75

Next Working Day Pre 12.30pm = £17.75

Saturday Delivery = £22.75


Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Gibraltar:

Standard delivery to Northern Ireland is £14.56, Republic of Ireland is £65.00, Scottish Highlands is £20.00 and British Islands is £24.00, Standard delivery to Gibraltar is £400.00 (ex. VAT) for all orders.


Service and Repairs

Schuco International (London) Ltd is not responsible for arranging, managing, or funding the return of devices sent for service and repairs to its office or service facilities.

The responsibility for the safe return of equipment to our office rests solely with the customer or equipment holder. 

You will also need to: 

  • Organise and pay for return shipping or courier services
  • Ensure the device is adequately insured during transit
  • Comply with any infection prevention, decontamination, or cleaning requirements prior to return
  • Include all required documentation (e.g. fault description, RMA reference, contact details)

Any device returned without adequate packaging or documentation may be rejected or returned to the sender.
