We offer Repairs & Servicing from our Head Office in Hertfordshire. To book your device in, please see here.
Pricing
We will charge you based on our banded pricing system. This is based on information that is given before we receive your device. If the actual repair required fits into a different band, you will be charged or given a credit note for the difference.
All Repairs & Servicing must be paid in advance of the device being sent in.
Delivery
The cost of delivery to our Head Office, and of re-delivery back to you must be covered by the customer.
Any damage to the device as a result of shipping will need to be resolved between the customer and shipping partner, and Schuco is not liable for this.
